Mostly the hectic part of an engineering student Life is the daily routine like to maintain a certain amount of percentage in attendance while you may be attending classes like a sleepy head but this is something you may realize when exams are almost there and you have no idea what was the course as you were struggling that time to stay awake and you missed the lecture that is now putting you in real trouble.

Students who face the issue as mentioned above are mostly the one who lacks in hobbies or don't have anything that motivates and engages them to perform in continuity. Some people are passionate about studies by birth and most of the people have no interest in the book and studies and its also a belief that engineering is more about practical experimental knowledge, not a bookish thing.

Since its technical and practical studies or more like technical training with hardware equipment but the theory is its base and it can not be treated like it's useless or not worth putting the time in it.

When it comes to complex engineering studies your brain will be challenged at its peak and you may face some mood swings as you are in between a process of learning new logical statements that can increase your understanding as your brain automatically applies everything you've learned over the things you experience around you to let you understand the phenomena and situations to make decisions.

If we talk about the human brain, studying or reading is like mental exercise and untrained brain have issues when you start to begin with such activities it may change your mood and you start feeling irritated as your brain is resisting from the task you are doing but if you stay focused and keep doing it your brain will become comfortable after a certain period as now you become used to after practice of the activity.

What students don't understand that it is not easy to make yourself comfortable with the new things as it takes time and that is why they face anxiety and stress because they think they are stuck and helpless and loses hope. You may start blaming other stressed-out mates who face the same thing as you but may behave differently.

Once you understand what you are going through from it will be easier for you to compose yourself, and meditate whenever you feel stressed and your brain resists. If you may have some serious stress problem you can even consult a good psychological doctor who can help you to relieve your stress.

The main reason for stress and depression is that your brain is not able to decide or overcome any issue like solving any problem results in anxiety or depression. Stress can be reduced by finding the solution to that problem or stop thinking about the things you can't control by focusing on the things that make you happy or activities that you really like to do or just have a nap that can do a miracle as when you sleep it's easier for your brain to think and find new solutions.

In the end, have faith in yourself that there is nothing you can't do it may take you longer than others but there is nothing impossible for you just need a way to tackle some things before moving forward inflow also comparison may lead you to negativity or jealousy so avoid that because each and every person has its own unique identity and role in this world and your bad experience will become guidance for your next generation so don't panic just keep doing and pushing yourself in the forward direction.

As you can understand things now better than before you can maintain a healthy lifestyle by having a good diet as most of the students don't have breakfast before going to university or college because they can't manage the time in the morning whereas lack of nutrition or starvation will stop your brain performing properly so you should have breakfast at least one bite of any nutritional food would be enough as it is better than skipping because skipping may lead you to lack of energy that your body requires you to function properly and if you don't so it will make you tired and bored very soon during the ongoing lecture and you will start yawning which is not good for your mental as well as physical health.

Your brain is a learning machine so whatever you do or see will help you in learning new things and shape your mind but if you don't have a track of what you do or watch or properly plan your activities it will result in feeding your brain with unwanted things that can consume your brain and you will no longer be able to perform as good as you can before. The best way to stop yourself doing useless stuff and make your brain active and healthy is a power nap that can help you feel energetic and healthy as you know your mind works better when you sleep.
